1) Fall Garden Journals - Oct. 27th. Learn to make a small color-filled journal for fall that you can display on your mantel or holiday table. We’ll explore how to use foraged plant materials, colored pencils, and personal photographs to create your unique garden journal. Weather permitting, we’ll also walk outside to forage materials for our books and admire the fall colors and flowers. All materials provided.
2) The Gift of Cross Stitch- Nov. 21st. This is a new one! I've been a cross-stitch fan since I was a little girl, and have designed an easy and relaxing holiday design for you to stitch along with others at the workshop. Whether you are curious about cross-stitch, or experienced with a needle, this workshop is for you! Come learn how to cross stitch or pick up a new stitch. Enjoy the chance to relax and stitch a holiday project before the rush. Enough materials are provided to make the project, though we may not finish it completely in class. We’ll also talk about tips to make it easier to work from your chart. All materials provided.
3) Cozy Winter Journals-Feb. 23rd. Whether you are keeping a garden journal for the first time, or an experienced sketcher, you’ll enjoy this class as we relax and sketch in the warmth of the Conservatory. Drawing and art making are a great way to beat the winter blues and claim some time for yourself. This class is beginner friendly. Come and fill your heart and your sketchbook with green plants in the winter!
